Goal: To create a gender pay gap report for all Warner Media business units. The design most encompass the Warner Media essence yet give each business the ability to stand alone as a single slide. The outcomes must be a PowerPoint presentation, PDF, editable templates and capable of being used for digital advertising assets.
Solution: A 12 page document following the Warner Media brand guidelines. The design used as much of the signature Warner Media clapper board to create variation in the layout. A solid black and gold background to capture the audience and stand out in the crowd, aiming to provide one of the best looking gender pay gap reports in the media industry. Each business unit slide's consistently designed, yet it's layout is strong enough to stand alone. The design was so successful the company used it in the same layout, with updated information in the following year.
